Help Build Tomorrow in coordination with ALDC (Afghans Living in DC Areas) has started Ramadan food campaign. It is called ‘To Give Hope with Every Bite this Ramadan’ to support needy who are struggling to make ends meet. The campaign aims to provide hot and nutritious food boxes for Iftar to 350-500 individuals. This campaign will continue every day for the entire month of Ramadan.
First, HBT local team surveys in order to find the most vulnerable and poor families in various areas of Kabul. Afterward, with your donated money, the team prepares (350-500) food packages daily, containing rice, chicken and bread to needy people.
So far, they distributed food packages in Dasht-e-Barchi and Darulaman areas of Kabul.
The video shows gratitude of people after receiving food packages.
However, Ramadan food packages distribution program will be continued till the end of this month and will cover various areas of Kabul and other provinces.
Thus, in order to bring joy and relief in the lives of in need families in this holy month of Ramadan, we need your contribution to our campaign.
